What areas do you serve?

I proudly serve the St. Croix Valley region, including River Falls, Hudson, Stillwater, Woodbury, Cottage Grove, and nearby communities. If you’re in the Twin Cities East Metro, chances are I can make it to you as well — just reach out to confirm!

How much does carpet cleaning cost?

Pricing is simple and transparent — never more than $0.50 per square foot for carpet cleaning. I can help estimate your total based total areas before I arrive, so there are no surprises and no hidden fees.

Do you move furniture?

Light chairs and furniture are moved using furniture sliders to ensure the carpet is cleaned thoroughly, while heavy furniture requiring more than one person to move is handled by the property owner. 

How long until the carpets are dry?

Typically, carpets are dry within 6–12 hours, depending on ventilation and humidity. I recommend opening windows or turning on fans to speed things up.

What kinds of cleaning do you offer?

I specialize in carpet cleaning, furniture and upholstery cleaning, linoleum floor stripping and waxing, and vehicle interior detailing. Whether it’s your home, business, or car, I handle each job personally from start to finish.

How do you prevent our furniture from leaving a new stain?

We use foil under any furniture legs that have the possibility of staining the wet carpet.

The foil acts as a barrier between the wet carpet and the furniture, preventing any color transfer or staining. 

Will you be able to remove all stains from my carpet or rugs?

We are successful at removing most stains, but there are some stains that may be more difficult to remove than others.

Set-in stains or stains that have previously been treated with harsh chemicals may not be fully removed. 

Is it safe to use carpet cleaning products around children and pets?

Yes. We use only safe, biodegradable cleaning agents that are non-toxic and gentle on your carpets.

We do recommend keeping children and pets away from the area being cleaned until the carpets have fully dried.

Can I walk on the carpets immediately after they have been cleaned?

We recommend avoiding walking on carpets immediately after they have been cleaned in order to allow them to fully dry.

However, if you need to walk on the carpets, we recommend wearing clean socks or shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt onto the freshly cleaned carpets.

Are you insured?

Yes — Superior Carpet Cleaning is fully insured, giving you peace of mind that your property is always protected while I’m on the job.

How soon can you schedule a cleaning?

Most appointments can be scheduled within a few days. During busy seasons (like spring or fall), it’s best to book early to secure your preferred time.

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. I stand behind everything I do. If you’re not 100% satisfied, I’ll come back and make it right — that’s part of the Superior difference.

Do you offer commercial cleaning services?

Yes. I provide carpet and floor cleaning for local offices, apartment complexes, and small businesses throughout the St. Croix Valley and East Metro MN.

How do you clean linoleum floors?

For linoleum and vinyl flooring, I use a professional strip-and-wax process that removes old buildup, restores shine, and protects the surface. This leaves your floors bright, durable, and easier to maintain — perfect for both homes and small businesses across the St. Croix Valley.

How often should linoleum floors be stripped and waxed?

It depends on traffic and use. In homes, once every 12–18 months usually keeps floors looking new. In commercial settings, every 6–12 months helps preserve the finish and prevent wear. I’m happy to help you determine the best schedule for your space.

Do you clean furniture and upholstery?

Yes — I provide professional upholstery cleaning for couches, recliners, chairs, and sectionals. My process removes deep dirt, pet hair, and odors while protecting delicate fabrics, leaving your furniture looking refreshed and smelling clean.

Is upholstery cleaning safe for kids and pets?

Absolutely. I use safe, low-moisture cleaning solutions that are non-toxic and family-friendly. Your furniture will be clean, fresh, and ready to use again in just a few hours.

Do you offer vehicle interior detailing?

Yes — I clean car, truck, and SUV interiors, including carpets, seats, mats, and dashboards. Whether you’re getting ready to sell your vehicle or just want that “new car” feel again, I can make your interior look spotless.

How long does a vehicle detailing appointment take?

Most full interior details take about 2 to 3 hours, depending on vehicle size and condition. I’ll let you know the expected time upfront so you can plan your day with confidence.
